Doesn't dissolve as easily as whey and has a slight eggy after taste (unflavoured version) but delivers a good amount of protein into your system almost as quickly as whey does. I switched to consuming egg white protein after turning lactose intolerant and don't miss the over priced whey's one bit. The eggy after taste issue is easily solved by mixing a good BCAA into your shake.

Product is very good. But its not at all soluble in water
Product is very good. But its not at all soluble in water, even when hot..it just foams up without mixing. Shaker is of no use for this product. Hence the four stars. If anyone can suggest a better method of mixing, shall be highly obliged..
