Supposedly big name but low on performance
German brand, 90 years of experience in umbrella making, 120 kmph wind tunnel test and what not. This umbrella cannot hold a candle to the performance of my 10 year old umbrella of similar size which I had purchased in a local shop for 1/10th the price if Knirps umbrella. The rod length of Knirps umbrella is a bit short than the ideal length. The fabric is alright, it's good quality but nothing great to warrant a 10 times price point. My main concern is the ease with which the open umbrella reverses. A normal swing of umbrella by hand in your living room reverses the canopy. Very disappointing performance.
