Make sure you double check the date range of your truck, but these are an easy install, maybe 20 minutes, and way cheaper than a shop will charge you. Instant fix for only the higher fan speed working. Arrived quickly.

Great part for the price.
Worked great . All speeds. I recommend cleaning the factory harness connections Then dropping the fan with a twist and snaping the harness to it first. Then push and twist the fan in place then mount the resistor.
