good but expensive

Bought to connect sand filter pipework to Canadian grand rapid hot tub pipework (with use of Intex 38-32mm adaptors)

This product was a bit too narrow for the job required as the pipes had loads of room over it so tightening hose clips as much as possible still caused slight leakage and as I needed it for sewage waste it was not adequate

Perfect fit and we’ll finished part.

Does exactly as you would expect and enabled me to have an additional feature from my pond pump.

Did the job. As described

I ordered the 40mm clips to clamp a 40mm corrugated pond hose to a 40mm straight connector. 40mm is right at the end of the clip's clamping range so they won't tighten onto a 40mm hose. I thickened up the hose with tape to increase the overall diameter to within the clip's clamping range but then the wire coils just stretched so they still wouldn't clamp. The clamp nut falls out of the coils very easily. I threw them in the bin and used standard Jubilee clips. Job done.
