A decent snack bar or small meal replacement whether you are on a protein focussed diet or not. All of this type of bar have a tendency to be overly sweet and this bar is no exception. It is not unpleasant but it is very sweet. Overall, decent snack after a workout, good protein content and as part of an Amazon subscribe and save reorder, good value for money

I recently gave a protein creatine bar a try, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, it had some good points, but there were a couple of things that didn't quite hit the mark for me. The texture was quite powdery and chewy, which made it less enjoyable than I had hoped. Each bite took a bit of effort to get through, and the powdery consistency was a bit off-putting. That said, there were some positives. The bar provided a solid boost of protein and creatine, which is fantastic for post-workout recovery. The flavor was decent, and it did help me feel more energized after a tough gym session. Overall, while the texture wasn't my favorite, the nutritional benefits made it worth a try. If you're looking for a protein boost and don't mind a powdery and chewy texture, this bar could be a good option for you.

They’re nice enough — a bit on the stodgy side like most flapjack-style bars, but they do the job! The flavour’s decent (Salted Caramel Brownie hits the spot), and for a 75g bar packing 20g of protein plus creatine, you can’t really complain. For the price, they’re solid value — especially when you see what some other brands are charging these days. 8.5/10 overall - not gourmet, but definitely gets the gains job done!

Honestly I took one bite and couldn't stand the taste of them so definitely not for me unfortunately

Great, but the box didn't have a seal on it and one of the bars was missing. I assume someone decided to have a snack on the job for free.
