I ordered a set of these for myself for Christmas and was surprised at how heavy and sturdy they are. I have no doubt they will not rock or tip like some of the cheaper versions. (That said, I purchased a full size set from a different vendor and after seeing the Bodyrock quality, I will be replacing my full size set with those from Bodyrock.) I love the fact that they are taller than other versions (and my step) so when I tried a few tricep dips on them, I felt more tension in the muscles that I had ever felt before. I also tried a few push up row combinations and was pleased with the effort it took to do them - fellow Bodyrockers will understand. :) All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and I hope that Bodyrock continues to offer their equipment through Amazon.

These mini dip bars and all of their equipment is hands down the best ever! I’ve owned other brands of workout equipment but BodyRock products are far superior! These bars are extremely stable and very well built! I WILL be purchasing more BodyRock equipment in the future now that’s offered on Amazon

the paralletes are very sturdy. I think they are perfect size, big enough to do the exercises on but easy to store. I mostly use them for ab workouts ( holding L sits and getting to V sits), but also use them for incline, decline and deep push ups. I find them working my shoulders as well. I found a good youtube tutorial (Minus the Gym) to progress to more advanced workouts.
