The Baccto potting soil I ordered from Spreetail is a great mix for indoor plants.

Excellent for hibiscus

This soil is very nice, but the price is way out of line, It is about a dollar per pound. I purchased 25# x 2 bags. Locally a family member found the same caliber of soil for a shade less then $27.00 for 4 bags at 25# each. I was taken one time, will not buy this brand again due to the price. I am pretty much home bound & didn’t want to impose on anyone, my mistake.

Very disappointed with this soil. I usually purchase the “lite” version with the yellow flower, but was trying to get more soil for my money. Lots of debris in soil that wasn’t beneficial to the plant. Half of the bag was Big clumps of dried out dirt. Won’t order this again. I’ll stick to my local store where I usually purchase this product. Convenience is not always positive

I like that this soil is black, moist enough to work with and very little wood pieces. It does have a tendency to be clumpy but I don't mind that as much as too much perlite and wood chips. I have purchased this many times and have been very pleased with my plants. I am giving it 4 stars because it does have gnats or whatever those annoying pests are.

Very nicely prepared potting soil. Some complain because they find the occasional piece of wood or small stick in it. That's a good thing, not bad! This means it contains compost. No big deal, if the stick is in the way just use two fingers, grasp the tiny little stick and remove it.
