I find the smoothie’s very filling. The aftertaste is not bad either. I like the fact that I am not very hungry after drinking these smoothies. This product is great for weight loss.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product because it is has a lot of nutrients in it and I know that nutrients is key when you’re losing weight however it’s way expensive. You have to use 8 tablespoons per serving and that’s the least. If you’re taller, you have to use more tablespoons than that per serving and I am 4 foot nine, so I think it would work if I could keep a afford getting it But for what you have to use it’s way expensive so for us guys that don’t have a lot of money and a senior citizens we need to find a cheaper way to lose weight. Otherwise if you just want one serving a day, maybe for Maintenance or for nutrition it’s probably OK but my only complaint about that is it it’s very expensive And I couldn’t even use it long enough to be able to even lose any weight
