A surprisingly smooth experience from start to finish. The computer arrived in perfect condition—no scratches, no marks, nothing out of place. Right out of the box it felt solid and well‑built, exactly what you expect from Apple. Performance has been excellent. It boots quickly, runs multiple apps without slowing down, and handles everyday tasks as well as heavier work without any issues. The screen looks sharp, the keyboard feels great to type on, and the battery life has been better than I expected. Overall, it’s been reliable, fast, and genuinely enjoyable to use. If you’re looking for a machine that just works the way it should, this one definitely delivers.

The product arrived very quickly. When I opened the package, the MacBook looked brand new and very nice. It looked as good as it described. I have been using it, and it works great. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This “renewed/refurbished” MacBook is ideal for what I need. It is in almost as new condition, 95% battery health, and Applecare+ until September. Keyboard has shiny keys for the most used keys but that’s it. Superb value for money.

I was so skeptical of buying this online, especially as the item only had a few reviews, but all were excellent, so I took a chance. You can't beat this deal. This computer (in midnight black) is so sharp, so fine. I cannot believe how beautiful it is in person, and I am typing this review on it right now. Typing is soft and smooth, and the keyboard is so comfortable. The graphics are elite with many options for accessibility alterations. I'm a writer, and I'm losing my sight, so I'm less worried about a ton of storage and bells and whistles and more concerned with visual and with battery life, comfort under my wrists and hands. This has it all. I use wrist pillows because I have carpal tunnel, but this new MacBook Air has a less sharp edge than the prior model I had, which is nice. I also like that this model returns to the mag battery. I love the larger screen, and despite its bigger size, it is still incredibly lightweight and portable. Everything is lightning fast as far as load up, app function, etc. I migrated using Migration Assistant from my 2019 Air to this one, and it was seamless and easy. I was good to go in an hour with all my data in place. So far everything is pristine, beautiful, and I've been using it for well over an hour on a full charge and the battery hasn't dropped a bit. It's a workhorse as far as I can tell! I'm so pleased with this purchase, and I'm grateful to the seller for being legit and delivering a wonderful product! Thank you!

Nothing wrong with the laptop. Made in china charger does not work. I called them 4 times. I just need them to ship me the new charger. My boyfriend order same spec same day with seller-Kanga Supply. He got authentic Apple charger and it works on my laptop. I asked Amazon how my bf got apple charger but mine is not apply charger. He also ordered from Amazon but from Kanga seller. They said is they cannot control. What I understand is “your luck”. I asked Amazon to replace the charger for me so that I don’t have to waste my time and energy to return it back to them. Nope!! They don’t do that. And they are so rude. One of technical supports asked me to call the charger MFR!!! What!!! Why I have to call them. I am Amazon customer. I bought from Amazon and I cannot speak Chinese. They hang up my calls impolitely. They don’t care. They just want me to return and rebuy! I already download and set up everything on my laptop. I don’t want to waste my time to reset and wait for the shipping over and over again. Like I said they don’t care! But what can I do? Take it or leave it!!!!

Very happy with this MacBook Air. Looks new and runs smooth. No issues whatsoever. Great quality!

4 Stars - but to be fair - Most of these disappointments I could have realized from a deeper dive on this model before purchase. I'll start with the biggest let-downs - No USB-C Ports on THE RIGHT SIDE! WHY?!!!!!!!!! No Manual, no Apple 5-Pin Charging Cable - Though it also charges USB-C which takes up 1/2 of your ports to charge. NO HDMI PORT?! I should have looked more closely. I love playing movies/photos from my laptop to TV. Bummed. EVERY Laptop I've ever owned had Ports on both sides to accommodate accessories in a convenient position. 50% of the time I annoyingly have to plug in my charging cable or accessory cable into the most inconvenient side. If you travel like I do - You feel my pain. Airports, Hotels, Coffee Shops - That's 50% of the time I can't use an available outlet because I don't have a port on that side and the cord won't reach. PROS: Love the features - Fingerprint Authentification, light, great value, charge via USB-C cable. Weirdly - the laptop did not come with an Apple Proprietary 5-pin Magnetic Charging Cable.
