I appreciate the color as it adds another dimension to my cooking. The flavor is like most semolina pasta without the expected fishiness. I wish it were cheaper so it could become a regular part of our diet instead of a novelty.

I’ve tried squid ink pasta in the restaurant and decided to find some but none are available in store so I turned to Amazon. What a wonderful find, organic and made in Italy. Would buy again of course :)

Great tasting pasta with an eerie look. I will use this for Halloween recipes.

These noodles were OK. They looked cool and tasted fine, but they didn’t hold up to sauce or soup well - even when cooked very al dente Especially if you’re looking to have leftovers, I wouldn’t recommend these. They got very soggy and mushy very quickly.
