Q: Are you sure these are alps modules? i think the orange and black modules are made by polyshine/favor union. you can tell by the "f" logo on the side.

These are favor union modules. F logo followed by RSF. I ordered these prior to controller tear down.

Q: Are the orange ones the same sensor wheel as the orange ds4 ones? i bought a pack of the blue sensor wheels only, but i need orange ones instead.

Yes the orange ones are more sensitive the are the new gen, but you can use blue ones, just need to put both sensors you Can't use 1 blue 1 orange

Q: What is the spring tension? Howany grams?

Don't know the grams in specific, all i can say is they work and feel like the originals. I have been using them for more than 3 months

Q: Can you substitute the blue joysticks for the orange?

I am not sure, sorry. I thought I read somewhere on here that the pin location was different between the orange and blue? I replaced mine 3 months ago and I thought there was a reason why you should replace in kind but cannot remember.
