Great Gift and Customer Service
I purchased this for my husband as a Father's Day gift. The monogramed glass storage watch box was received as the merchant stated in a timely manner. The quality of the design and craftmanship of the personalization were excellent. However, after several attempts, we could not open the clasp on the box. I contacted Natalie at My Personal Memories about the issue. She responded promptly with keeping us updated on the process of sending a new one as requested and stated that we did not need to return the defective one. The new one was received expeditiously and was easy to open. The storage box is a wonderful way to store / display your watch collection with a personal touch.

Best personalized gift for watch lovers
This arrived quickly and was packaged very meticulously. No scratches or scuffs. The engraving options were printed. The material, feel, and stitching detail look luxury. The clip secures well and it's easy to latch and unlatch without concerns. It's a very nice and impressive gift.

Beautiful product
Beautiful product, good quality. As an anecdote, the first shipment was lost or stolen. I wrote to the seller and they reshipped the product. Very responsible sellers, always willing to solve problems and satisfy the customer.

GREAT gift for Men
This was a gift for my hubby, who actually LOVED it (he's a little picky!) If you know of someone with several watches, this makes a really thoughtful gift. The design is nice, stitches on the leather are even and well main, and since this is customizable, can be personalized.

Product just as pictured
Initially, the item was delivered with the personalized glass top shattered. Tried to contact seller but no feedback BUT seller immediately replaced item so I ASSUME that they saw my emails about the broken box. It looks great and just as pictured. I would have given a five star but no communication and item was shattered. Overall, I would buy again.
