The Ice Machine came earlier than expected but unfortunately was defective. It made a loud grinding noise shortly after I turned it on. I notified the company and they got back to me within 48 hours, asked me to explain the situation and promptly agreed to refund my money. The representatives were very courteous and responded every day until we got the situation resolved. Good company to deal with.

I shut it off at night, start it in the morning when I start coffee, then off again at night it runs all day, ice size is nice for ice chompers and drinks we love it! It is great for frozen cocktails. A tiny bit noisy but I can handle that! Can you for that ice, boy I sure can.

Love this ice maker I am an ice cruncher. I had been buying ice from Sonic for along time. This is even better ice than Sonic.

Ice maker stop working paid almost 200.00 and won't work. Buyer beware. Work for 4 months

This item did not produce ice as expected BUT Amazon customer service stepped in and helped us navigate the return process. They were amazing!!
