This is the most cheaply made product I have ever bought from Amazon. Avoid this brand and seller and get a decent shower head.

Excellent shower head! Installation took just a few minutes and the water pressure is amazing. The different spray modes are very useful, and the filter really helps make the water feel softer on skin and hair. The handheld feature is super convenient and the chrome finish looks premium.
