JANUA Pilates Board - Pilates Reformer Set, Multi-Purpose Foldable Pilates Reformer Board for Home, 5 in 1 Pilates Sliding Board

First, I am not some young 90 lb gym rat. I am old and looking for exercises that will keep me off the floor unless I want to be there! That said, I don’t spend money on big exercise equipment unless I know I will use it for its intended purpose. I wanted something that would augment my treadmill. Weights or Pilates and reformers looked interesting so I decided to get this Pilates board and test the waters. I read the reviews and some made comments about it being cheap or flimsy but I found the opposite. The plastic is sturdy and good quality. The elbow pads and handles are well constructed and glide easily down the board. No glitch or hiccup at the fold line. Smooth glide the whole way. The elbow pads unlock easily so you can transition to leg extensions. The bands lock in place and I felt secure that they would not break away. The bar is a good diameter and felt comfortable. I have gone through most of the exercises and followed along with some videos. I found the Pilates board a great way to start my Pilates journey. Great price for the diverse range of exercises you can do. And when you are done just fold it up and tuck it away. I am really enjoying my board!

Super impressed by this pilates board! Wow! So many different workouts can be performed using this thing. The trick is to keep everything together/nearby and not lose the pieces. Happy customer.

This is like a full gym workout out ! It’s easy to use for total beginners and it slides right under my bed when I’m not using it , so it’s a great space saver. I’ve already lost weight while using this and eating better . I hate the idea of working out in a gym in front of people so this was a great alternative and a great price !

Product seems effective but not that sturdy. It’s easy to use I just don’t think it would withstand a lot of weight over time.

It's excellent, it works perfectly, I recommend it for people who are starting to practice Pilates.

I love my board. I was diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis last year so it's been difficult for me to exercise, especially high impact workouts. I found a 28 day workout plan on YouTube and it has been right up my alley. I do not have the exact board as the instructor but I tailor it to fit. I haven't been consistent with using it but I'm pleased so far.

It’s fine, but noticeably cheap. If I end up really enjoying workouts with it, I’ll get a better brand. For the price, it should be much sturdier. DO NOT rely on the removable handles for anything weight-bearing — especially backward-facing exercises. They don’t hold weight well and one popped out in the middle of an exercise I was doing. Luckily I had a feeling it would because it just wasn’t sturdy — had I trusted it, though, I could have gotten really injured. I won’t be doing any exercises with those. Everything else seems fine, but for the price I was definitely expecting more than “fine.” I enjoy the workouts that it seems safe for, it’s easy to store under the couch, and you can work a lot of muscle groups with it without needing weights.

Amazing and sturdy like the ones the sell on Instagram! But cheaper! 🥰
