Ok I was super skeptical, and I know it goes hand in hand with diet and exercise which is impossible to avoid, but for someone like me who really struggles with appetite spikes when I’m dieting, this has really genuinely taken the edge off. I’ve found these really help me to stick to my diet. And I’ve only been taking 4 a day. No side effects, recommend for sure 👍🏻

It does what it promises. 2 tablets with two large glasses of water, half an hour before meals, and the ravenous hunger is gone. 3 times a day, for a total of 6 tablets.

So far so good no side effects. My only concern is the dose. Recommended daily dose is on 3000. But you state 6 capsules a day. Only been on it 3 days and been taking 3 tablets which is still too much ?? Does this only work if you take 6 ?

I never had issues with this product before, however, this time (order placed on 8th Aug 2023) it had a very unpleasant smell and taste.

They worked really well for me. Initially I started taking only one capsule before or with a meal, it was enough to make me feel full. Now I am taking two per meal, I guess it depends on how hungry I am. Right after having them I feel a bit too bloated (and wanting to burp) but after 15-20 minutes it goes away and makes me feel fuller for longer. 5 stars as it does what it says

Ik gebruik deze Glucomannan Konjac 3000 mg Complex nu een tijdje en merk duidelijk verschil. Mijn eetlust is minder, waardoor ik makkelijker kleinere porties eet en minder behoefte heb aan tussendoortjes. Het helpt mij zeker bij het afvallen, zonder vervelende bijwerkingen. Wel belangrijk om genoeg water te drinken, maar verder ben ik erg tevreden met het resultaat!

Gute Qualität, hat mir geholfen in Verbindung mit viel trinken Gewicht zu verlieren da ich einfach nicht mehr soooo viel essen konnte. Wer da aber nicht mitmacht und weiter futtert dem hilft es natürlich nicht
