Organic, good quality cayenne pepper! It works effectively when I'm cooking, as I always like to add a sprinkle to dishes I make. It tastes fresh, which is always a plus, and you get a decent amount for the money.

Best as I can tell this is great. I don't use it often or a lot at a time. But what I have used is good. All the spices I've bought from Simply Organic have been great. It's hard to find organic supplies and these are very good.

My spices have a great, fresh taste and it's easy to order for a quick replacement when you run out. My spices were delivered within 2 or 3 days with no special delivery requests from me. Amazon is the best!
