Pretty effective at softening eyelid oils and feels quite therapeutic in and of itself. Fits well too and easy to heat up for re-use. Can be a bit hot right after microwaving though so good idea to rest it a bit before use. It also has a nice minty scent which is nice and relaxing.

It is an excellent product helps u the tear duct function and relaxes the eyes. Lot of cheaper options available but the cost is worth the quality. I have been using this for over a month now and am satisfied with the product

Unfortunately the quality of this product has decreased dramatically. It's now smaller and the beads don't keep the heat the way they used. I would not recommend it...
