This is the third set of Skullcandy headphones in my family. We are very pleased with the sound quality. This particular set has great bass and great noise canceling. The headphones also have great depth and fidelity. The battery life lasts as long as recommended. When the battery gauge for the headphones on my phone reaches a little less than half, it goes down quickly. So this is when I charge. I have used these headphones on several plane trips and it is great for canceling the airplane noise. The headphones are comfortable, but after a long flight of three or four hours, I get ear fatigue. I don’t think it’s the headphones fault. I would recommend and buy again. I have used several other brands but I consider skullcandy great quality and value.

I have a lot of difficulty being in loud environments or places where there are a lot of noises happening at the same time. When my old $30 headphones broke i decided to get some nicer headphones since i needed new ones anyways. I am so so so glad i did it!! These headphones are wonderful! Heres a short review on what I think is the three most important aspects of these headphones! •Great battery life and super quick charge! I love these because I can charge them during one class period and they are good for the next day if i need to. Charge very fast and stay charged for a fairly long time. •Noise cancellation feature! Obviously they dont block out every noise but I think they work really well! It’s best to listen to music when you’re using the noise cancellation feature because there is a small clicking noise if there is nothing playing. Also, I HIGHLY recommend turning noise cancellation off when your going to lay down or have anything touching the outsides of the headphones. They will make a horrible screeching noise if something touches the little openings on the sides. It took me a while to figure out why they were making that noise and it really bothered me so I figured I would let anyone looking to buy these know. •Comfortable! These are super comfy and the sides have plenty of room for people who like putting stickers on theres! I put a bunch of little shark stickers on mine :) Overall I think these are amazing and would highly recommend them (especially if you can get them on sale price). Great for people with noise sensitivity, sensory difficulties, autistic people, and just anyone who needs a good pair of headphones. Just remember to turn noise cancellation off when laying down!!!

These headphones are the best! The battery life is amazing and I only really charge them once or twice a week, depending on my usage. They're very comfortable despite covering your ears, though I do take breaks from using them to prevent sore ears. The headband is adjustable which is convenient and the matte black color is exactly what I was looking for! The sound is fantastic and the Active Noise Cancellation is AMAZING! It blocks out most low-frequency sounds, which is great for studying. Even without the ANC, a lot of unnecessary sound is blocked out, which is good if you want to be aware of your surroundings but find too much sound to be overwhelming. One downside is the mic is not great for taking Zoom calls on my computer but that is an easy work around. Another downside is the on/off button sometimes takes a bit longer to work than the instructions say it should but again, it always works relatively quickly and connects to bluetooth devices with no issue. Overall, I am very happy with this product and believe it rivals any expensive noise-cancelling headphone out there for a fraction of the cost!

The headphones are pretty good for the price, but definitely not the best that you can get. If you have money to buy more expensive ones that will be higher quality do it as these have some issues. First of all, the sound quality is pretty solid. The bass is very good and it’s pretty clear. I mostly used earbuds before getting these so it’s a bit of a difference since the sound isn’t going directly into your ears but it’s still clear. They come with a cord so you can use them as wired headphones and a super tiny usb-c charger (just use your own). They charge pretty fast and the battery life lasts surprisingly long. It will give you several warnings of low battery before it dies. The warnings are given to you from this British lady who is basically the narrator for the headphones. She says “power on” and “power off” and that’s fine but I’m kind of annoyed that she announces turning on or off the noise canceling every time. When she does, the song is interrupted for a few seconds. The song doesn’t pause so it just continues in the background as she talks and picks up after the couple seconds. As for the noise canceling, the headphones have a pretty good seal as it is, but you will only need the noise canceling if you’re playing the music at a high volume in a loud area, for example on a plane or in a car. I don’t use the noise cancellation otherwise because you can’t really hear the difference if it’s not super loud in your environment and if you don’t have the music at a high level, you can hear occasional quiet popping noises from the noise cancellation, probably every ten seconds or so. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend using the headphones only for the noise cancellation and not listening to music as well. Also, there is some audio bleeding when you have loud volume in a not very loud place, so keep in mind that people may be able to hear what you’re listening to. As far as the comfort goes I have a small head so it’s a bit hard for me to tell but sometimes the top kind of hurts my head. They’re not very light and since my head is small most of the weight is carried on the top instead of over the ears. I found that wearing a hat helps a lot with this. However the earphones are really soft and comfortable and they fit pretty good on your head. The headphones look pretty good. They’re a bit big but they don’t look silly. The backs of the ear pieces get scuffed up pretty fast (you might be able to see that in the picture) but I found that you can clean it up mostly with a wipe. Overall if you’re working with a small budget they’re worth it and probably better sound quality than most other headphones for the price, but if you’re willing to spend more these are not the headphones for you.

They are comfortable and the sound quality is amazing similarly the noise canceling is the best, I've used it on planes many times and slept like a baby

Amazing product at a great price! First, the audio quality- uniquely detailed. Every instrument, voice, chorus and Synth effect can be clearly and individually discerned. It is nicely bass-oriented, which adds great depth to an already elaborate soundstage. Even then, if you want to reduce bass, use the Dolby Atmos Equalizer on your Android phone to tailor the sound exactly to your taste. Hence, the absence of app-controlled Equalizer is not missed at all. Clamping force is noticeable in the first few days but reduces thereafter. ANC is very good for day to day use with a slight chop-off at the base end, but that is anyway not noticeable in a noisy environment. The transparent mode is a BIG PLUS and you will use it much more than you expect. The light weight and great padding really helps, since long hours are guaranteed with this pair on. Buttons are sturdy and a bit hard to press, but the layout is intuitive and easy to adapt to. Sound quality over Bluetooth is actually better than that over the cable, which is mildly surprising. Battery life is very decent. You'll certainly need to buy a hardened carrying case, though, of you don't want to damage the equipment while travelling. Super thrilled with this product!!!
