Q: What is the depth of the 6.5 speaker from the front to the back? Will it fit in my car front door ?(I’m replacing it for the factory one)

Yes It should fit, but i recommend using a riser/lifter to avoid the magnet blocking the widow from bouncing against it.

Q: Do I need an amp to run these?

You don't need to but as I found out it doesn't sound that well without an amp.
