Why is the 5qt a whole lot more expensive than the 10qt?

I was just checking the website, and I saw this went to $99.00 dls on Amazon. Stanley has discontinued the item, and probably the one(s) left are being sold that expensive because of its scarcity by a third party. I bought mine for $33.99

Does a Nalgene standard bottle fit inside the lid?

The domed upper lid section is 4 inches in height and 12.5 inches long
