Much of the food is crushed into a powder that the birds can’t eat and is a waste. When I tried to return it, the app would not respond to the “submit” button so I’m stuck with 10 pounds of useless food for my McCaw.

had ordered the one for large birds before but my african grey didn’t like the size and I had to cut every piece into 3. The medium size food for her is what suits her best.

The amount of inedible shake in this bag is ridiculous. Have a spaghetti strainer on hand. Get about 2-4 grams of powder and im at the top of the bag.

Our conures won't even touch it. I'm pretty sure they went over 2 days without eating. If an animal won't eat something, they're usually right. We went back to another brand.
