This bed had great quality of materials, as well as easy to follow instructions. Combined construction time was about 2.5 hours taking our time. All of the parts fit together very well. The only thing I would have changed is the height of the shelves on either side of the ladder. If the shelf was made an inch taller tightening this bolts would have been easier. That was the only slight inconvenience we had in the whole project.

They didn’t deliver both boxes and refused to fix the situation. Ended up having to return it and buy something else elsewhere. Max and Lilly customer service was good, Amazon was not helpful at all

Okay my son absolutely loves this bed, but be warned, it comes in A MILLION pieces. It took us about 3 hours to put together, but once it was finished we were extremely happy with it. The instructions are pretty easy to follow, there are just a lot of little pieces. It is comfortable to lay on and very sturdy. I have no worries that it will hold my son as my husband laid on the bed with him and it had no problems holding them both. It does have the fresh wood smell at first but that fades quickly. My son also loves the little playhouse area underneath. We were hesitant to spend this much on a bed but we are very happy we did.

All the bed furniture pieces were packaged with care. I love how every furniture piece was labeled to help with assembling. The instructions were clear for the most part. I wish the hardware pieces were bagged separately from other number hardware pieces, because the part numbers were on small pieces of paper that could easily get misplaced. Also the instruction pictures of the hardware pieces helped too. I highly recommend having at least 3 to 4 people help put the loft together. It would have taken us way longer with my husband and I. The structure is very sturdy and my son loves playing underneath it. The only downside is trying to find a 6 to 7 inch twin mattress and the drawer takes up some space underneath the loft. I have some pictures posted to give an idea how much space is taken.
