cant believe the reviews for this. load of rubbish in my view. it was returned straight away. mapping was non existant (nothing like the capability of devices that my friends have). it could not find home and would not start per programmed schedule as when it was finished charging it just powered off. I had to press the power button to get it back on (totally defeating the purpose). hoover suction power seemed ok but mop was not good.

My previous vacuum didn’t have this feature, so it would often wander around randomly and miss whole areas. It was honestly embarrassing to watch it struggle to find its way back to the dock. The MS1 MAX, on the other hand, moves with purpose, finishes cleaning properly and returns to its base like it knows exactly where it’s going. It’s such a big improvement. The self-emptying base is another thing I really like. I don’t have to empty the bin every time, which saves time and effort. The app is easy to use, and I can schedule cleaning or send it to specific rooms whenever I want. It’s also pretty quiet, which makes it great to run while I’m working or relaxing. This is my first robot vacuum, so I don’t have much to compare it to—but I love it. It’s amazing to just set it and walk away, knowing my house is being cleaned while I focus on something else. Setup was super easy. Just snap on a few parts, connect it to the app, and press play. You do need to clear obstacles to ensure it maps the house properly, but even if you don’t, it still adapts well over time. I also really like that I can select a specific room, have it clean a specific spot or zone, set the schedule—literally everything I wanted to be able to do, the app had an option for it. One of my favorite features is that it empties itself. We’ve had it for about two weeks, running it at least twice a day, and the vacuum bag still has plenty of room. It’s also really easy to remove the brushes for cleaning, though I’ve noticed it collects a lot of hair around the bristles that doesn’t always make it into the dustbin. That might just be the tradeoff for its compact size. I was genuinely surprised at how clean it gets our hardwood floors. It navigates around chair legs, under tables, and into spaces our regular vacuum could never reach. It gets close to walls, though corners can be tricky. On carpets, it doesn’t clean as deeply as a full-sized vacuum, but it does well enough that we don’t have to vacuum manually every day, and the vacuum lines it leaves are extremely satisfying if you’re into that. That said, one thing to be careful about: my wife picked it up when it got stuck once and moved it to a different spot, which completely confused it. The map got messed up, and we had to remap the entire house. So don’t pick it up and set it somewhere else mid-cleaning cycle lol. I haven’t tested the mop function yet, but I appreciate that you can set no-go zones to keep it off carpets. One thing to keep in mind: if you do use the mop, be ready to remove it right away so it doesn’t sit on wooden floors and cause water damage. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s definitely made daily cleaning effortless.

Ich nutze den Saugroboter nun seit einiger Zeit und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war schnell erledigt und die Bedienung ist intuitiv. Der Roboter saugt gründlich und zuverlässig, sowohl auf Hartböden als auch auf Teppichen. Staub, Krümel und auch Tierhaare werden problemlos aufgenommen. Die Navigation funktioniert überraschend gut: Er fährt systematisch durch die Räume und stößt kaum irgendwo an. Auch unter Möbeln reinigt er gründlich. Der Geräuschpegel ist angenehm und nicht störend. Besonders praktisch ist die Zeitersparnis – während der Roboter reinigt, kann man sich anderen Dingen widmen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die saubere Böden ohne Aufwand möchten.
