Can I play music from my iPhone with this?

Yes. There is a bit of interference that is picked up around other electronics, but it got me through many night shifts. Sound quality isn't the greatest either and the neck loop doesn't seem to be durable. Volume can be a little low at times, but I've bought (and will continue to buy) this product. Haven't found anything else quite like it and so inconspicuous. Hope this helped.
