Convenient little device and easy to use. The build feels decent and it’s nice for targeted areas (face/neck/hands). I’m giving 4 stars because results can be subtle and it takes consistent use—still, it’s a nice addition to a routine.

I got this mainly to help with cold sores, and it’s been surprisingly effective. It’s gentle, doesn’t overheat, and the focused tip makes it easy to use on the lips. The compact, cordless design is super convenient—I can take it with me when I travel and use it anywhere. The automatic timer is a nice touch too. It won’t make a cold sore vanish instantly, but it definitely seems to speed up healing and reduce discomfort.
