I started using Under The Gums Irrigant Solution after a recent visit to the dentist, went back a month later and the dentist said "I see the improvement in your gums, whatever your using keep using it, it's working!" I am grateful that in such a short time there has been improvement in my gum health from using this. Pleased the dentist noticed, which was extra confirmation that it works well. Its got a full flavor that is minty fresh.

Excellent rinse for teeth and gums! It only takes a small amount for my irrigation system. I'm very pleased. My breath has never been fresher!

I use this rinse everyday with my water pick. I like the fresh taste of it and my gums feel good and much improved.

I used for infected tooth. Worked perfectly. Cleared infection and haven't had any problems with tooth since. I use once a week now. Bad taste but so worth it. Use in water pic. Be sure to run clear water through pic after.

This is my second bottle, so I’ve given it a fair shot. I haven’t noticed any huge changes yet, but it does make your mouth feel extremely fresh. Very minty. Like “did I just chew five pieces of gum” minty. I use it in my water pick, and that’s where the main downside shows up. You absolutely have to rinse your water pick after because it leaves a thick film and residue behind. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know. It’s very strong, so a little goes a long way. You don’t need much at all. That helps, because it is a little pricey. Especially when you haven’t seen dramatic results yet. To be fair, I don’t use it every single day, so consistency might matter. Great for freshness and breath. Jury’s still out on long-term results, but it definitely makes your mouth feel clean.

This tastes absolutely disgusting (to the point that I occasionally gag) but seems to be very effective with no burning sensation. I use a capful with my water pik twice a day.

Amazing product! My dentist sells a mouthwash in this line but this is for your water flosser. Works very well for a fresh mouth. Highly recommend!

Love this!!! It’s pricey but worth it! Been dealing with bad gums & pockets. Been using this everyday in my waterpic for 9+mos & my pockets have gone from 4/5/6 to 2/3/4!!! All w/o chemicals!
