Extremely comfortable and light. Good quality and ideal spring strength for someone building up their hand muscles. Ive had Wrist Builders before but not as comfortable to hold as these. For the price they are a good deal. You will NOT be disappointed

Very flimsy and poorly constructed. It’s good for very weak people to start out with but would recommend getting one with a weight adjuster. Very uncomfortable to grip with large hands and overall a cheap product.

This is a great product. It is so comfortable to use! You can just do it in your free time or before bed.I'm a mid-40's man in good health, and after squeezing them 40 times it gets tiring. Doing 2 sets of 50 squeezes is a challenge which only takes a couple of minutes each day

My fault for not checking thoroughly but the resistance on these grip strengtheners is very low. The picture of them being being held by a hand above is misleading. They are much smaller than presented above. The foam handles slide around and are not fixed. Very poor quality but what can be expected for this price? Got these to replace some I lost and these new ones are not a sufficient replacement and have gone straight in the bin.

Like these, I'm a goalkeeper so got yhese to help loosen the hands & strengthen my wrists, nice, compact & good price for what they are.
