I got this as a gag gift and for safety for my 77 year old dad so he can see in the dark when going to the bathroom at night. It was easy to install and fit well on his toilet so I could surprise him with it when he went to the bathroom. He seemed to like it from what he told me. It didn’t get hot to the touch or heat up too much when I installed it. It’s obviously water resistant because he used the bathroom numerous times with it in the toilet. I then went on with my business and the next day he told me he liked it so much that instead of keeping it hid in the toilet he was using it as a nightlight somewhere else in the house. Apparently it’s got a good battery life and to tell you the truth I don’t want to know where he put it. All I can say is that I hope he sanitized it.

This began as just a silly cute thing to add to the many motion lights I have around the house. It has become an essential part of my night lights. And far from silly. It is beautiful. So simple to use. Installs in less than a minute. Stays charged for months. My grandson asked for one for Christmas he liked it so much. I will continue to use and enjoy this simple yet stunning little addition to an otherwise boring space. What a great idea.

Final Update: the seller sent me out a replacement. And it works better. It charged and was used and then I charged again and couldn’t replicate the prior issue I had. I updated my review and rating and give the seller an A+ for customer service. *Update* Seller reached out and refunded me and out of courtesy sent me a replacement to try. I will charge and try them out and updated my review accordingly. These work great when you get them and charge them up. The change lasted almost two months but it only lasted one charge. They died. We charged them and they don’t work anymore. They don’t light up in the dark, with motion, nothing. We got two months out of them and that’s it. Not sure why they won’t work; they’ve been working fine. I def wouldn’t buy again.

I bought this night light for my 6 year old granddaughter, and she loves it so much! I love how it comes on as soon as you enter the bathroom. This was such a great find and I highly recommend it.

I have two of these and they are great. I'm no longer blinded by the bathroom lights when I have to go in the middle of the night. The arm makes installation a breeze and a secure fit that I never have to adjust. Battery charge lasts a long time (like multiple months) and I actually have never had it run out of battery before charging. Easy to clean with a disinfectant wipe and overall has held up to some bad stuff we've put it through.... I recommend keeping the manual for how to operate the control button because the length and amount of button pushes changes settings. I never can remember what what is. Only complaint is I would like it to have USB-c instead of micro. Fun item too if you have kids. My child likes to change the color and it kept him interested while we potty trained.

I originally received a cheaper bowl light as a Christmas gag-gift but found that I really liked the concept. For guys over 50 that have to get up a couple of times a night to go, it's handy to have the light activate, then stay on long enough to get back in bed. The rechargeable feature is a big plus; I didn't want to be changing out batteries all the time, especially because I purchased 3 bowl lights. And, with the cheaper light I had received as a gift, the light came on and stayed on, even if the room light was turned on. This one doesn't; if you turn on the room light, the bowl light shuts off, conserving charge. The cheaper one I had received as a gift also failed within 3 weeks. It just quit lighting up, even after changing out the batteries. This one is holding up well; I haven't even had to recharge one yet and it's been 3 weeks. Of all the bowl lights I researched online, I recommend this one. It's a little more money, but just the battery savings alone will make up the difference quickly.

Work great initially. Purchased on November 25th and stopped working by January 9th, so only lasted about 6 weeks. I thought it just needed charging, but it won’t turn on even after charging.

Decided to write a review almost a year later because only now have I plugged mine in to charge since purchase. My daughter loves the color changing feature and sets it to what she likes most when needing to use the bathroom at night. Honestly, I use this device almost nightly because I wake up often during the night and the brightness is just perfect.
