Great Price, Great Product, Good as New
Bought this for my little brother, he uses it for college classes. He loves it. The battery life is good. He says it doesn't overheat and he uses it all day for classes and school work. It's easy to set up, especially if you have other apple devices. Keys don't get stuck, and quick powering on and off. The keyboard doesn't get stuck, and the aftermarket charger works just as good as the apple ones. Great price, especially when it's coming practically new.

Defective even at the highest price
When I received it I was given a charging brick that would NOT even plug into any outlet I had so I ended up using my iPad brick. It finally turned out but I instantly noticed battery issues the second it was at 15% or so and it would jump up to 40% randomly then back to 15% or even less or just a tiny bit more in the 20% range, after trying to even log into my iCloud account, the laptop would just be in an endless loading loop so I never managed to log into my iCloud account. In addition to all of this the laptop would randomly just shut off (more battery issues) which is when I just gave up on it completely since no matter if it was plugged in at all times, it would randomly drop to 0% and die on the spot with minutes long wait times to boot back up again, some other issues were in the keyboard, the “n” key would have to be pressed deep to type the letter or it wouldn’t budge at all, same thing for the spacebar. This purchase was a complete waste of time, even at the highest price of $440~ I basically just bought a useless piece of junk laptop that can not function at all.

Worth the money! Wasn’t aware of year, but it’s still newer than my guesses.
Just got my Mac today and absolutely love it! I’ve been wanting a Mac for a while and sold my iPad to get this. Doesn’t come in Apple box, but it comes bubble wrapped and with the charger. Not an Apple charger but it’s still works for the computer. No scratches, no cracks, no issues starting it up and syncing everything. There was no specification on the year of the MacBook on the Amazon ad for it, but I can confirm it’s a 2018 which isn’t at all what I was expecting so it’s newer than I expected! Love it!

Great Laptop
The laptop is perfect! no scratches or dents, all the keys work and the touch bar is amazing. I will say the battery life is a bit short but that’s expected for an older laptop. I was a little scared at first because of some of the reviews but it’s super fast and over all definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Worth the money - not more, not less.
I'd definitely recommend buying this product for the price I paid (around $815 after taxes). Mine came with two "problems". 1. The charger was not the original - which is fine, because they say that accessories might not be original. However, it also says that the charger will be "compatible and fully functional". Mine lasted less than a month. I had to spend extra $80 buying an original charger from Apple. I could, yes, have bought another generic charger, but the cost-benefit on the original seemed a better deal. 2. The "y" key came a little weird. It works (as you guys can see), but it feels weird - like I have to press it a bit harder to go through. Nothing major, though. As I said, it is not perfect, but I saved at least $400 if I were to buy the same one (MacBook Pro, 16gb RAM) being a brand-new. I bought it almost three months ago, and, so far, it appears to have been a great choice.

It is ALIVE~ and then it died after 10 months
I spilled liquid on my old MacBook Air 2017 back in January and I've been looking for a laptop replacement. PC didn't work for me, and a newer model was too expensive. Someone recommend that I try buying a refurbished model for Amazon and here I am! This computer has been running like a charm and I find the Touch Bar fun to use. This computer has really allowed me to make my work mobile and its absolutely cleaned. No traces of past owner. The battery life works just fine. Anything longer than 3 hours is a bit excessive and sounds like ppl should take a break from work, haha~ Anyway, the whole computer is solid and in great. condition. My only hang up is that the screw at the bottom was slightly out of the hole. that was weird. Aside from that I'm happy with my purchase. UPDATE: It has been less than a year and this laptop won't even turn on. I had an important job that night and ended up buying a whole new computer.

SAVE YOURSELF THE EXTRA DOLLAR AND DONT GET EXCELLENT CONDITION
It works fine so far from what I’ve seen (just received it today) but honestly I’m a little annoyed about the state in which I received it. I ordered “excellent” but when I opened the box there was dirt and dust in the charger bag which isn’t a big deal, until I opened the actual laptop and my screen and keyboard had dirt and crumbs all on it and slight scratches on the screen😭 I had to disinfect everything myself. Had I known the standards for excellent I would’ve js got the regular condition ☠️ yk it’s bad when IM writing a review bc I never do that

A Good Product, w/ Defective Part, Bad or Miscommunication
In November 2025 I purchased a MacBook laptop for my daughter in November 2025 from this vendor. I contacted them in regards of a possible double charge and/or cancellation. At this time someone responded promptly via message. In that message they informed me that no charge had been made towards this first order attempt which had been cancelled. It was purchased via a payment plan so things could get confusing when trying to cancel, refund, dispute, etc. Fast forwarding, a week later (Nov 2025) my teen daughter informed me that the charger was defective and she could not charge her computer because the plug-in outlet piece fell off. She tried putting it back on but it's not her place to do that. I contacted the vendor to inform them of this issue but still have not receive any response. I contacted them on 2-3 occasions concerning this issue, but not response that I know of. It's now January 2026 and the warranty is up in February 2026. I am believing that the vendor is stalling time in order to prevent from having to replace the defective part. Not sure. This minor issue would have to get resolved. My daughter does like her laptop therefore I do plan to hold on to the laptop, however I will need a replacement for her charger otherwise we will probably be returning the laptop as well. I will leave pics/videos.
