The vest does not have an adjustment for the length. The picture appears the vest will fit from the shoulders to the waist. This vest is not made for a tall person nor is it made for a woman. I am 5ft 8in, the adjustable waist strap is barely over my breasts!

I bought this to keep me from sleeping on my back, and it works. The vest is a bit snug. I am 6 ft and 185 lb and it would be too snug on one much larger than me.

This is going to sound like a fake review, but it is not. I tried other anti snoring devices. Tight things to hold you mouth shut. None worked. I snored every night and my wife would tell me every morning how bad it was. She was ready to move to the guest bedroom. She would wake me up 4-5 times a night to roll me off my back. I bought this and we both laughed because it looks so stupid. I started using it maybe 3 weeks ago. Guess what? I have not snored even once since then. It is really unbelievable how a dumb ball on your back can work so well. I don't even know I have it on. I really think I am subconsciously learning to not roll on my back because it will be uncomfortable.

The chest strap measures about 36”. It is a bit stretchy, but far too tight on my 44” chest. This would probably work well for someone it fits.

The product is high quality. No smell. Good value for money. The ball is round and firm. For me it is ok but you can replace it with a softer ball.

This vest is very small. I’m 5’ 11” and weigh 187 pounds. No way could I wear this thing. Website description isn’t very good.

Very simple idea but effective. It forces me to sleep on my side preventing me from lying on my back, where I’m suffering from positional sleep apnoea.
