I just recieved my juicer yesterday, so yes, I've only used it brand new. Right out of the box, I rinsed everything in warm water with a bit of mild soap.I was really impressed with the construction, although based on the wattage and rpm ratings, I was at least expecting something heavier than the $70-$90 options here and I appreciate the sturdy construction. I read reviews of juicers that dance and vibrate on the countertop and this one doesn't do that at all.The reason I chose this home juicer over the other models is the wattage and speed. This uses more power to carefully turn the auger at a much slower speed than the other home models which to me speaks to durability.That said, I genuinely believe that if you're going to get the most out of a non-commercial masticating juicer, you need to cut your veggies. It doesn't take much time, and it will be a much kinder way to treat your masticating juicer. Centrifugal juicers have blades that fiercely puree your ingredients as you juice them, so its not as essential.I chopped my ingredients into medallions which were about 1/2 inch tall, and up to 2 inches across, and scored the skin of smaller roots (like ginger). This prep made the juicing much easier for the machine, and I had a cup of juice in about 20 seconds (versus the 1 minute advertised).Lastly, there was *some* moisture in the pulp from smaller bits I used, and there was a small amount of pulp in the final juice. But honestly, please expect *some* moisture if youre paying less than $500 for a masticating juicer. And the pulp that was in the juice (if you absolutely cant tolerate pulp) could be easily strained out using a sieve.In the past, I had a breville juice fountain, and this one is so much better in terms of the quality of the juice produced and it didnt separate, even overnight. Bottling my juice is now a possibility.Centrifugal juice needs to be consumed immediately if you want the most out of it, and its a lot of hassle ultimately to clean your juicer and set it up every time your'e ready for another serving versus being able to efficiently press your veggies and bottle it for later.

It is very very easy to use and clean! In my photo is me making green apple juice which is my favorite. I skin the apples and cut each apple into 8 picese and drop in the machine and done! I dont even need to cut out the core. The machine turns slowly but the juice comes out quick! Cleaning literally takes 1 minute! you just take it apart and rinse with water! When I just receive it. it looks so hard to use because there are so many parts. but once you finish reading the manual you will have no problem assembling it. all you have make sure is lining up the red dots and click everything into place. so far i have tried green apple, water melon, kiwi, and berries. It comes with 5 years warranty! 5 YEARS!

I'm replacing my initial awful review because the company has great customer service and offered a free replacement for the broken one. The new one arrived quickly and seems to work fine, I cannot forget that the first one broke so I can't go five stars. It is working ok now. Seems pretty good.

I am right now re-packing this juicer on the same day it was received. As I was juicing carrots, the top casing popped off into my face. Fortunately, it did not injure me. The motor began to smell funny and then it would not start up again. This is the second slow-masticating juicer I have purchased in the last month on Amazon.

The juicer worked vey well and is easy to use and clean. I had a problem with one of the filters and they replaced the juicer. I highly recommend this juicer, great price, easy to use, and clean. The slow RPM is very hard to find, this is very important for maintaining all the nutrients while masticating.

Exceptional. Low RPM is ideal for juicing.
