Miracle Sealants Sealer Applicator & Tray for Tile, Stone & Grout Sealers

This is really a great product. I was able to use it for several days on our countertops before it became too dry and hard from the stone sealant. Easy to use and much easier than using a dust free cloth.

I used two of the applicators to seal a 700 sq. ft. outdoor porch area. I was using 511 Seal and Enhance and found these applicators resulted in a smooth application. They are not durable so I wouldn't imagine reuse unless you are sealing a small area. The trays, as others have noted, are flimsy and useless. I used a disposable paint tray for the sealer and poured a small amount on each slate tile and then spread it with the applicator.

The packaging also acts as a tray for the 511 Miracle enhancer, which is very convenient. The foam applicator fits perfectly in the tray and the container even has a slanted area where excess liquid can be removed from the applicator. I have used the applicator on two large rooms and it still works perfectly. To clean, I use warm water and rinse the solution off the applicator. Well worth the purchase, the applicator makes applying the solution very easy.

Used only 3 of these to do my granite countertops. I used a brush the last time and it took the same time but it was MUCH harder and took a lot more energy to apply the sealer and keep it from drying. AND I used about 1/3 less sealer with these applicators than a brush. It was easy to keep the sealer moist for 15 minutes before the final polish with microfiber towels. I used BulletProof sealer and follow the instructions. If you look at the pic the applicator and the QT container of BulletProof I used are on the top of the island.

Not a bad concept. It tended to drip and run so I found just using a sponge and plastic container worked better in my tiled walk in shower walls and floor.

It does the job well of applying grout sealer.

This stuff really protected my tile and grout. I recently took on the task of sealing my own entryway tile because the cost of getting it done professionally ran in the hundreds of dollars!! This stuff got great reviews, and I am pretty handy, so I gave it a shot. It really has worked great to repel dirt and buildup on my grout and tile, and it's been over a year. You can tell where I left off - so now I guess I better keep working! LOL!I hight recommend before paying a professional!
