Poly Voyager 5200 UC Wireless Headset & Charging Case – This is a superb headset that has given me freedom to move around during calls. The has a dedicated dongle that prevents drop outs on calls as I have experienced with Bluetooth only headsets. The battery lasts well and charges quickly. In the case where I forgot to charge the headset, the charge cable can be connected while using the headset. The headset has been used for Teams, Cisco Webex, Slack and Zoom (to name a few) without issue. The mute and volume controls are on the headset which is useful when away from the PC on a call. I can move to any part of the house (away from the PC) and still remain connected to the call. Why I do this is for making coffee, searching for items needed during the call and for other stops needed for those longer calls. I recommend finding a copy of the older ‘Plantronics Hub’ software that makes managing calls better than the new suite in my opinion. The headset is also comfortable for me and I have used it for delivering training where I am on a call for many hours at a time.

I've never liked these "hearing aids." I used to have one made by Ja**ra, and it's sitting in a drawer somewhere. I'm pleasantly surprised. It's very lightweight, and the caller's voice is clear and loud. The noise cancellation is perfect. The guy I was talking to didn't hear me uncoupling the trailer with the fridge running. A small minus for the voice control, as it doesn't work very well for me. ( maybe it's because of my Polish accent :) ) I'm waiting for the software in Polish language.

Great headset, noise cancelling is good and the UC integration (Teams) is great. Only issue is, the integration with Teams on my Samsung phone doesn't pick up the mute/unmute from the Teams app. When muted on the app, pressing the unmute button doesn't register on the headset. So when you press the mute/unmute button on the headset, you hear "Mute off" but that just toggles the mute/unmute on the app and the Teams app is muted. And vice versa. You just have to remember to use the headset button and not the Teams app button. This doesn't happen on the Windows Teams app. Other than that, all good!

Great little earpiece from perspective of its design, case and overall size....take up no space at all. BUT, every call I used them on my colleagues compained of poor sound quality and the fact there was no filtering out of background noise. Had to purchase other units instead as this one is of no use at all in an office environment.

Unfortunately, I had to return this item because of a poor fit. The problem for me was that the ear stem, while flexible, has no extension option. The ear stem is simply too short for my ear. Disappointing and also a little surprising, given the price, that there was no way to extend the ear stem by 2 mm or so. I have owned similar but much cheaper copycat devices which allow you to extend the length of the ear stem by a few mm. The poor fit meant it was loose and there was sound leakage. Were it not for the poor fit I would definitely have kept it. The only other observation I would make is that sound from the speaker, while high quality, was not that loud even with the volume to maximum. Depending on your hearing it might not be the best device to use in, say, a noisy cafe.

Okay, so I've been using headsets for 20, maybe 25 years. I cringe whenever I see someone shouting at their laptop: a decent headset is a minimum for one-to-one conversations via a computer. After over a decade of trusty service, the battery was dying on my old Plantronics Voyager, so I thought I'd get a replacement - and those generic Bluetooth headsets are so much cheaper, right? What could possibly go wrong? I'll leave you to find my review of the alternative. Suffice it to say that I'm now back with Plantronics/Polycom/HP, and the price uplift is worth every penny: it just works. It works perfectly on Windows (which you'll need to update firmware) and it works perfectly on Linux (without falling back to the awful sound quality you get with HFP or problems with Pulseaudio). It's comfortable, it's easy to use, it's reliable, it sounds good to both sides of the conversation. It look expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Been using this headset for the past 15 years. So I'm on my 3rd one. I decided last time to go with Jabra, had the Talk 65. It looks the same as the Poly, on paper it seems slightly better, minus the UC support. However, it's not even close to the Poly. The main issue was the volume, just too quiet, and other bugs which drove me mad. This Poly 5200 UC is worth every penny. Switches so well between PC and smartphone, its clear, noise cancelling is miles better than the Jabra Talk 65 too. Would highly recommend, and get it with the charging case, you won't regret it.

Sorprende las prestaciones del dispositivo duración de la bateria, la comodidad de la carga, como retiene el ultimo numero que has marcado y la comodidad con la que puedes realizar una nueva rellamada, la comodidad para descolgar la llamada entratante sin tener que tocar el auricular, la comodidad para poder solicitar a traves del asistente de voz cualquier acción. En contra tiene que las almohadillas del oido no son comodas, para aquellos que deseen tener bien incrustada la misma en el oido, entiendo que eso es mejorable y debe de ser mejorado. Salvo ese inciso es perfecto, comodo y practico

Muy buen producto, un manos libres auriculares de muy buena calidad de material y estuche de carga es practica y tiene 2 cargas completas para el auricular, es cómoda no pesa nada y con el dongle usb para sincronizar con la PC, es buen sonido y hasta ahorita funciona bien, la uso todos los días, y espero siga así
