Description was accurate. Device was clean and free from any major dings and scratches. The power cord could have been cleaned a bit better tho as it had some dust, but that was minor.

We have two of these for my homeschool kiddos and these are absolutely perfect!! They are very durable and withstand kids being kids. The value is amazing! My oldest has had hers for 3 years!! The touchscreen is fantastic and works great.

Bought this to replace a much more costly Dell laptop that was dropped, smashed, and finally broken after a couple HARD years in my teen son's backpack and at school. This "factory renewed" Acer 311 looked almost new (a couple slight scratches on the outside), and works perfectly. Students today seem to use the Cloud for almost all their schoolwork, and this Acer has done it all without any compromise. My son really likes that it can flip open 180-degrees, so he can hold and use it like a tablet, if he wants. The touchscreen is sensitive, in a good way. I'm happy enough with this product that I am thinking of buying a couple more -- for me and a business partner.

I bought this laptop for my son who loves to play games but it kept on freezing & crashing. We were only able to use it twice.Plus he was limited in what he could do. Since it was HP I thought it would have been great. I requested a return & ups picked up it from me the next day. It's been over a week I still haven't received the refund.So if you want you don't want issues like what we had, buy a laptop instead of Chromebook. Would not recommend at all you're just waist money. I only gave it 1 star because thats the lowest I have the choice of choosing.
