This works great for eating gluten-free. Whenever I need a ride and I eat always gluten-free this will help me go through it. You can easily use them after putting it in water for some time. I use them for wraps I use them for other stuff too and they are really useful and essential in my diet. They are affordable and it works great a lot of other Middle Eastern dishes like baklava.

Tasty, what get any thing else

I tried this for the first time the other day. Most of the issues were user error, but overall this rice paper was easy to use once I got going. The size is perfect for snacks, but if you want to make wraps like burrito style, I would recommend going bigger. The quality seems nice though and the taste was good. I did learn that if you soak it too much it gets very sticky and hard to use, so follow the instructions. The best temperature is the same as you would use for a bath...basically if you can dip your finger and it's bearable it's good. It doesn't break easily and it holds the food. Honestly if you want to make a semi-healthy snack this is def. worth it.

This premium rice paper is is excellent for vegan recipes. Good amount 34 sheets is worth the value, perfect size for any type of roll dish. Natural and gluten free

I bought 3 and made yummy Springrolls for a Football Gathering my husband congregated. They’re a Hit !! I’ll remember these for the future…. I did use two sheets for each Springroll - it works. Thumbs Up. Enjoy & be creative on your fillings.

Ok for spring rolls but not for frying- they will fall apart on get sticky.
