This watch was better than the software service support team which let me down.
The quality of this watch and straps was OK for the money, but the software support fell well short of what was required. I even wasted several hours trying to engage with the service people about the accompanying apps which failed to install, only to discover that the wrong software had been advised. The watch face looked good but most of the stuff that was included was unavailable. It was extremely difficult to identify any means of contacting the company about the missing services.
