Works great in low/ambient light, no flash needed per wall outlet images. Shrink all your images by 25 to 50% since there is nothing to loose in detail. Did find some images too saturated with color and at dark end of exposure. Both easily correctable. This is only an 8 bit imager. Viewfinder is bright and shaded w/ auto focus indication. Distant small detail gets very muddled so not to hot for scenery ( due to interpolation and compression). Bright light close-ups are it's forte. Nowhere to hold this little sucker. It is about 1/2 size of a real twin lens camera. Just don't expect to put these images/videos on your big screen TV. But I love this for the novelty and price and it is very well made with just the right weight/ details. I'm in my later 70s and have done lots of film photos with so many cameras and this is a keeper to me. The instructions are in good English. Frog @ 5 "away and reduced to 1200x1200 (1.5mp) and then lightly sharpened. Full res images will not benefit from any sharpening. Needs a better sensor or less data compression to be perfect. Sucks for distant detail.

What a fun little toy!!! And yes, it does take photos. Kinda ranging from good to decent to meh... and that's the fun part. Toss away all sense of perfection. Forget F-stops. Ignore ISO. Flash? Nope. Just aim, be still and hit the shutter release. I love both the color and the black and white; the latter having a bit of a nostalgic, filmy quality. This was just a blast to use. Can you enlarge the photos to poster size or pixel peep? Only if you like mosaics. This camera is a breath of fresh air for someone usually using a much more expensive and complicated digital with multiple screens to scroll through for just about anything. If you need to stimulate your creativity and shake off your sense of being in a photo rut... try this! Just have the right attitude and realize it is what it is. And yes, it's doggone cute too!

Cute little camera, yes camera. It does take pictures, it does take video, are they great quality, not really, but anyone who thinks this is more than it is, really needs a reality check. It's basic, it's cute. It's not intuitive in the least. Will your phone take better pictures? Sure. Will a professional photographer think it's great? I doubt it. But it's unique, it's fun, and it's that's pretty much it. Do I think it's over priced yeah it is but what isn't.

This is what it is a inexpensive camera, it take very good picture & video. I have used it as primary camera twice at a comic con & a Mardi-Gras Ball. very happy with images both still & video, it also was a hit with the people at these events. A pure fun camera. Would buy again & would recomend for having a good time

Pretty Little fella and by that I mean LITTLE. It should have come with a card adapter for immediate use. If one was supposed to be in the box, it was missing. I'll have to go out and buy one to see the images...

Small, really light . Camera and video quality is not bad. I took 90 photos and then uploaded them quickly to my phone and then online. Super easy. Takes some practice, software little gimpy but works and its perfect for anyone with a little patience . I have had expensive cameras harder to upload !!

Very small and lightweight. On receiving the camera, it would not charge so we were not able to take any pictures.

This is 100% as fun as all the reviews, and even the flaws that are cited are overblown. I love playing around with it, but even more importantly, my 10 YO daughter took to it immediately and figured out all the controls without explanation (they are quite intuitive). It is so compact and light that it is easy for her to carry around whenever we go for a hike or visit any place interesting. The memory card that is included is very generous for the size of the files, and it is very easy to charge and/or download files to another device using USB-C. It actually charges pretty quickly, and the battery life is quite adequate. Highly recommended. By the way, some reviewers claim it doesn't record audio, but that is not accurate. It even has a tiny speaker for playback, albeit with pretty awful quality (but who cares?).
