It works very well! It's a bit confusing at first but after a short while, it's easy!

Bought this diffuser at a reduced price through Amazon Resale. Listed as used-Like New. The box had been opened but the product had not been used. There was no operating instructions included but item was pretty self-explanatory. I Googled the item and was able to get instructions for use there. The diffuser works perfectly. Lights up with several color choices. Has four timing choices with auto shutoff and comes with power supply. Emits a calming mist and scent when using your favorite oil. Good value for the money spent.

I bought this earlier this summer. I like how it can blend into any environment. It's sleek and works well. I'd like to give it 5 stars, it it misses that 1 star because it's difficult to really secure the top to the bottom. There's no guidelines or anything to help make sure it's secured to the base. You have to be careful to make sure the vents line up properly. This works great in a small space, but not so much in a really large space like a living room. Overall, I like it. But, I wish it was made a little better to make sure the tip is secured properly.

I normally read the negative reviews, not because of being negative, but just want to know what to look for, but this time I didn't. There were so many positive reviews, I took my chance. While it's a neat little thing, it's as annoying as all get out. Sometimes the buttons work just right and the mist can be seen, other times, nothing. Directions say to touch the button lightly one time to change the mist, I touch it lightly and it turns off and I have to start all over again. I follow directions to set the color setting and it shuts off, start again. It takes several tries to get it where I want it. The concept is good, the appearance, just right, but the workability of it gets frustrating. I'm curious to see if I get any longevity out of it or if will quit on me like it did other buyers. I definitely wouldn't buy it a second time. Glad it was for me and not a gift. I am writing a follow up review. I finally got the buttons to work like I want them to and that feature worked out, it gives off a nice puff of vapor but I'm going to have to quit using it as the plug is getting really warm, rather hot to the touch. I'm worried of it starting a fire as it's not normal for a plug to get hot. That's an indication of something not right. So I guess it'll have to go to the garbage. I'm now afraid of what the hot plug means. I don't want to take a chance of it causing a fire.
