Cleaning up from hurricane Michael, we noticed that our outdoor light fixtures had lost their bulbs...we found them laying on the decks and assumed they had been vibrated loose from the fixture. On a hunch, I screwed them in and they still worked...AMAZING! The two I bought survived the brutality of a 140MPH hurricane (we were almost ground zero when it came ashore).

LED light bulbs is widely known as a big save on lighting bills, but this motion activated light bulb save even more. You know what, it is just so smart. To get the light on, you need to wait for the darkness falls and you need to enter into it's detection area. That's the working solution, darkness and motion together. What worth mentioning is that this motion bulb turns on itself when it is installed the first time, ignoring the requirement of darkness and motion. I think it is just because it's running a test to tell you tha there's no problem

These bulbs provide a nice bright light. However, they will probably work best in an overhead open light fixture. We installed them in our outside lights either side of the garage door. The light closest to the porch is only about 3ft from my porch steps. I was expecting that to be close enough to activate the light and it does not. The bulbs are installed in an outside carriage type fixture that is open at the bottom and has clear glass. I would not recommend for this type of fixture.

I got these bulbs few days ago and had them installed on our stair lights. Wow, gotta say that they are wonderful. They don't turn on at daytime, but will turn on themselves when they sense you are coming close. I think the point is that the place should be dark and with people walking around. Before I use these motion sensor light bulbs, I just leave the stair lights on for the whole night wasting too much money on electricity bills. Well, with these smart light bulbs, it will save a lot in the long run. Obviously a must-have for our house.

These are so great that I ordered two more. One I use outside so we can see when we go and get Home when it’s dark. One is in the front hall so in the middle of the night there will be light. One of the new ones is going in the laundry room. Since they can be inside or outside, there are so many options!

I hate having to fish around in the dark for the light cord in the basement. I replaced our regular bulbs with these and viola! On goes the light when I come down the stairs! It’s like magic.

Definitely like the concept. Light is bright enough and would stay on long enough. It would be nice if they motion sensor is more sensitive. Many times, I had to wave my hands one inch from the sensor for it to detect. It would also be nice if there is a mechanism which allows me to leave it on. Many motion sensing lighting has this override feature. Most of them just needs me to turn off and on the switch within a second.

These are the bomb! Quick to come on and go off as promised. Shipping was great and the package was in good order. Can't talk about the efficiency yet.
