It arrived within a few days. The included instructions were clear and easy to follow, and assembly took only about 30 minutes. Overall, it appears to be a well-designed and solidly built home office chair made in Vietnam. It’s also quite comfortable, featuring flip-up armrests and a supportive headrest. An excellent value for the price. Hopefully, its durability will prove to be just as good over time.

Came packaged very, very well. No missing parts and even sent extra parts. Tool is quite sturdy and made well. Basic instructions, but almost unnecessary as the construction was pretty self explanatory, to me at least. It took me 25 minutes to put together. Only because I was taking my time and preoccupied with guests. Otherwise it would have taken maybe 15 minutes. Once together, it's really, really sturdy and comfortable. A little stiff, which I'm sure contributes to is stability, but I'm sure as it gets used, it will loosen up a little. Everything functions as should. Typical desk chair operation. It looks great too. I love being able to lift the arms out of the way when needed. I only have one hangup, I wish the seat was 1-2" deeper, because I like to sit with my legs criss-crossed fairly often. I still can, but an extra inch would be a huge improvement. Overall, this chair was well worth the 60 bucks and I'd absolutely buy again.

Shipping took much longer than expected because apparently the first one was damaged in shipping, but I was not made aware of this. It wasn't until I chatted in to Amazon that the replacement was ordered, but the replacement arrived very quickly. This is probably not the fault of the seller. The tool that the chair comes with for assembly is very nice. I'll be keeping that for the future. The tool feels somewhat cheaply made, like I could break it, but it's appreciated much more than the standard allan wrench. The chair also feels like it's possible to break it if you are too rough with it, like a lot of the pieces are plastic. I also wish the base of the chair, the part you actually sit on, was a bit bigger; I'm a skinny person, but I like to sit in the chair cross legged or with my knees up sometimes, and while it is possible for me to do on this chair, it's not roomy as I'd like it to be when sitting in a nonstandard position. The directions are also somewhat unclear; there are enough screws for everything, but the alphabet lettering of them is incorrect on the directions, however as long as you screw in the ten 14mm screws first like it tells you, and you make sure to screw "L" 35mm screws when it tells you, it's impossible to mess up because all the other screws are the same length. That said, for $60 it's a pretty good chair. This is obviously just my first impressions, and it might degrade unfavorably over time, but first impressions are pretty good. I desperately needed to replace my old chair, and this was a cheap upgrade. The head rest is nice, it doesn't squeak (yet), and it's much more comfortable than the chair I was using before. Hopefully it stays this good for a while.

My grandson who is a gamer, and asked for this for Christmas. I have to say it is very comfortable and well made. He was able to put it together with very little help. I would recommend this chair for office or gaming.

Super easy to assemble and fits perfect under the desk with the arms fully down at their resting spot. Comfortable and durable.

I bought one that was listed "Used - Good" from Amazon Resale. The package that arrived came with TWO left armrests instead of one left and one right. Because the backrest is secured by both armrests, I couldn't use the chair until Sweetcrispy generously shipped a full new replacement the next week. This was no fault of the seller but of Amazon Resale for not properly checking returned items. As for the chair, it's comfortable to sit in for a long time, it looks nice, and it's easy to assemble. It's not a Herman Miller but I expect this to do just fine for the coming years.

Great item for the price. It’s very easy to make, the instructions are clear. The wheels meme easily, it’s sturdy, I haven’t fallen off of it while rocking yet. However, I do wish that it would rock back further. It’s a pretty decent die chair, it’s perfect for my small room. It comes with an adjustable red rest,you can move it out or move it up. Very adjustable. AND I love the hand rest feature. I love that it can go up, it makes playing guitar easier. Old chair had unmovable hand rest and I would have to sit awkwardly on the chair just to play. But this one lets you move it all the way.

The headrest is perfect for me and I’m 5’2. Guess it depends how long your torso is… anyways the instructions were simple and clear to follow. Great chair for the price!!

Honestamente me encanta esta silla. Hice un montón de investigación buscando la mejor silla de oficina que no sea fea o incómoda, y una amiga mía tenía esta silla en su casa. Me sentí en ella y inmediatamente decidí comprarla. Antes fui a 5 tiendas de muebles para probar sillas, y esta de Sweetcrispy que tenía mi amiga fue la única que realmente era cómoda y linda, además muy económica! Llevo 2 meses con la silla, usándola 8 horas 5 días a la semana, y estoy muy contenta.

Quizás sea por mi complexion pero siento que la cabecera es incómoda ya que no te da soporte, siento que está muy retirada, muy atrás, tuve que colocarle un pequeño cojín para poder tener mejor soporte.
