Q: Is cabosil hs5 equivalent to cabosil m5?

Works good, you just have to keep adding a little at a time to your pre mixed resin/hardener mix until you get the right consistency for your job. Be sure to wear a good dust mask as this stuff is feather light & will blow all over, it weighs nothing.

Q: can this be mixed with bondo to thicken?

Yes this can thicken bondo. Just be careful because if you add to much your bondo will be dry.
