Love these pans despite the fact they are a little bougie in the sense they recommend not using high heat for any reason. They distribute heat well so it’s not needed. I love the removable handles! Makes storage so much easier. They are a great color and completely non stick and easy to clean up. You get so many pots and’s pans but only a couple lids which isn’t ideal but I cannot remove a star based on that alone. The pans are various depths and deeper than my old set which is a huge plus!!! Highly recommend!

I love this set, its design is revolutionary, the utensils are not worth much, but the pans are awesome! They cook evenly & are extremely nice to use, the handles that always seem to get in the way, are removable if they get in the way you just unclamp them until you need them again, then they just clamp back on without damaging the pans, the handles hold tightly so they won't slip off until you unclamp them leave them on in the dishwasher or not, you’re choose. You will need a set of silicone or nylon utensils, nothing with wood as they hold germs and bacteria, just a word to the wise.
