Comfortable to wear, good sound, and can detect battery status
My mom is not into gadgets at all, so I wasn’t sure she’d take to these. But after a few days, she told me, “These are actually comfortable—I forgot I had them on.” That’s saying something! She wears them every day now. They fit snug without feeling tight, and the weight is light enough that it doesn’t irritate her ears. She likes that she can hear the birds again when she sits outside in the morning. The 16-channel processor definitely makes sounds feel more natural, not tinny or too sharp like her old pair. She watches her soap operas without blasting the volume, and she can hear me from the kitchen when I call her. The charging case is simple and charges fast with USB-C, which is handy. She did say it took her a couple days to get used to tapping them to adjust the volume—sometimes she’d turn them off by mistake. But once she got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. Overall, they’re great for the price and don’t scream “medical device,” which she appreciates. Another thing she really likes is that they remember her last volume setting, so she doesn’t have to adjust them every time she puts them in. That memory function saves her a lot of frustration. The 3 volume levels are just right—not too complicated. She mostly sticks to level 2, which works well in most situations around the house or when we’re out running errands. The low battery doesn’t kick in until after a full day’s use, and the case still has charge left after several days. She even joked that these are better than the ones her friend got from a clinic that cost five times more. For someone who was hesitant at first, now she won’t leave the house without them. We’ve also contacted customer service once to double-check how to reset one side, and they responded within a day—very helpful and polite.

Game Changer and Super Comfortable and Easy to use
I must say this hearing aid has been a game changer for my uncle. This has made a huge difference in his life and this has been super helpful. He is actively participating in all the conversation. Size is perfect for both the ears. The wireless charging case is convenient. Easy to charge and one charge goes for almost two days. The sound is crystal clear, and the howling suppression actually works. The three volume levels make sense and can adjust based on the environment he is in. This hearing aids improved quality of life through better communication for him and he is loving it. All the functions work perfectly well.

tiny but surprisingly clear
sound comes through clean and natural, not that muffled or buzzy feel some cheap ones have. the size is super small, so it sits comfortably and doesn’t stick out. switching the volume levels is simple, and the 16-channel processing actually makes speech easier to understand. the charging case lasts a long time and makes it easy to keep everything ready. overall, solid quality and way better than i expected for something this compact. worth the price.

A great starter hearing aid for seniors like me
I couldn’t catch everything in conversations, especially when more than one person was talking. After putting it off for a while, I decided to try a hearing aid but didn’t want to spend a fortune right away. These seemed like a good in-between step, and I’m glad I gave them a shot. They arrived in a nice little case that also charges them—super convenient. I was worried about how they’d feel in my ears, but the design is really ergonomic. I wore them for 8+ hours on the first day and didn’t experience any soreness or irritation. I even forgot I had them in at one point. The sound boost is pretty natural. It’s not like everything suddenly becomes louder, but more like the muffled layer between me and the world is gone. Voices are clearer, and I don’t feel as left out during group conversations. The three sound settings are helpful. I use the lowest one when I’m reading or relaxing at home, the second for normal conversation, and the highest for noisy places like grocery stores. Switching between them is just a double tap on the earbud, which took a little getting used to but is very manageable. I like that I don’t have to fumble with tiny batteries. I just pop them in the case overnight and they’re ready to go the next morning. I’ve been getting about 16 hours of use, and the case itself lasts me nearly a week. If you’re on the fence, these are a great option—comfortable, practical, and they actually work.

They made conversations less stressful again
I’ve always been a social person, but in the past year, I found myself avoiding phone calls and long conversations because I couldn’t hear clearly anymore. I didn’t realize how much that was affecting my confidence until I got these. These hearing aids are the best OTC ones I’ve tried—and I’ve gone through a few. The sound enhancement is really natural. It doesn’t feel like the world is just louder—it feels clearer. I can finally hear my daughter on the phone without cranking the volume all the way up. They’re comfortable enough to wear all day. I often forget they’re in, which says a lot. I haven’t had any soreness, even after 10-12 hours. I use the medium volume setting for most things, and it works great for conversations, TV, and even my book club meetings. One of my favorite things is the noise reduction. I went to a birthday party last weekend and was able to follow the group discussion without getting overwhelmed by background chatter. That hasn’t happened in years. Battery life is fantastic. I charge them at night in the case, and they last me the whole next day. I’ve only charged the case twice in the past week, so that’s a bonus. Only minor issue: I sometimes accidentally switch modes when adjusting them, but it’s easy to fix once you know how it works. I feel more like myself again, and I’m not constantly worried about missing something important in conversation. That’s worth more than I can say.

Better than expected – Grandpa wears them all day
"Got these for my grandpa who is 82 and pretty skeptical of anything tech-related. He had some older hearing aids that used those tiny batteries, but he constantly forgot to replace them and gave up wearing them. These are a game changer. First off, they’re super small and look like wireless earbuds, which he actually likes because it doesn’t scream “hearing aid.” We tested the different ear tips and found the medium ones worked best for him. He says they fit comfortably and don't fall out, even when he’s outside doing light yard work. He mainly uses his hearing aids at home, but when we go for walks together he can adjust the volume with just 2 taps. Once we got the hang of it, it’s easy. He can finally hear birds again and understands us better in conversation. My mom even noticed he started responding to the TV without needing subtitles. Battery life is amazing. He wears them for around 16–18 hours and just pops them in the case at night. The case holds a good charge too—we’ve only plugged it in twice this week. Minor issue: He needs to put it back into the charging box to turn it off, because it is easy to forget to press and hold it to turn it off if it is left outside. Honestly, he’s just happier now. More engaged, more alert, and less frustrated. These were worth every penny."

Honestly surprised how well these work
First of all, setup was super simple. They come in a compact little charging case and were already partially charged when I got them. The instructions were clear (though the font was a bit tiny), and pairing them was as easy as pressing a button and waiting for the beep. I didn’t even need my son’s help this time, which is saying something. I wear glasses and was a little concerned the aids would get uncomfortable behind my ears, but they actually sit pretty snug. The first day I wore them, I did get a bit of a tickle in my ear—like something was there that shouldn’t be—but that faded after a few hours. Now I barely notice them. Sound-wise, they really do the job. I use them mostly around the house and when talking with friends at our senior center. I can finally follow conversations again without nodding and pretending I heard something. That alone is worth every penny. Watching TV is way more enjoyable now too—I can hear the dialogue without blasting the volume. That said, they’re not perfect. In really noisy places, like the grocery store or a restaurant at lunchtime, I still struggle a bit to focus on one voice. There’s no fancy noise filter, so it can get a little overwhelming. But honestly, no hearing aid I've tried has handled that well anyway. Battery life is decent—I've worn them 16–18 hours straight before needing to recharge. The case charges them fast, and there’s a little light to show the battery level, which is helpful. Overall, these aren’t miracle workers, but they’re a solid, dependable option that has made a big difference in my daily life. I wish I’d found them sooner. If you're on the fence, I’d say give them a try. Just be patient the first couple days while your ears adjust.

Big
Bought these for my 84 year old mom. They were too big for her ears so we had to return them.
