Excellent quality for recording amp or acoustic guitar without blowing the bank on an SM-57
I was looking for a microphone to record my amp and acoustic guitar. I only do this occasionally and could not justify the price of the industry standard Shure SM-57. I read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of YouTube videos and took the plunge. So glad I did. The microphone is solid, good quality and gives me good, clear recordings. Reviewers say it’s not as good as an SM-57 but to me it sounds great, and for a fifth of the price.... good for my pocket also! Oh, and it comes with an XLR cable and a case! Cool!

Professional Quality at a Semi-Professional Price!
A well-built mic which has an on/off switch, comes supplied in a plastic carry-case with a 5 metre XLR to XLR lead & is wired to give a balanced output. This means that long cable-runs should not be a problem. Sound quality is about as good as you'll get for a dynamic microphone in this price bracket. Speech reproduction is clear and detailed. I've deducted one star because it is possible to buy microphones from other manufacturers, which give similar results, from around £8, making the Stagg look expensive in comparison. But in all other respects, this is a winning package.

Boss microphone.
Hello view I have for this product is it is very good quality product if you are looking for a microphone basically a dynamic one I think this is number one because it's very neat and handy and the sound quality is excellent compared to other dynamic mics I have had and there are no issues such as troubleshooting and dysfunctionality so I highly recommend it

Great mic for an unbelievably low price
Was going to buy an SM57 when I came across this. Incredible value for money, heavy metal construction, complete with a long, well constructed, XLR cable and a hard case. I think the cable and case alone are pretty much worth the £18.95 I paid for the whole package I am only using this for home use with a looper pedal. The sound quality seems absolutely fine to me. You have nothing to lose trying this mic first and seeing if it meets your needs, the actual SM57 doesn’t even come with an XLR cable or case for nearly 5x the price.

Buy this Microphone
Unless you are a millionaire weighed down with cash, I'd recommend you buy the Stagg SDM70 ahead of the Sure SM57.....and even if you are wealthy, buy this just for the value of it. Good weight, feels heavy and sturdy. Comes with a long XLR cable of about 15 feet and a sturdy plastic case that also now houses my Shure SM58. Bought as an amp/instrument mic which sounds fantastic and when using it for vocals sounds just as good as my SM58. Still waiting for the hitch tbh nothing this cheap could be so good, right? Good cable, good case, great mic! Definitely recommend it!

YMMV - stopped working after one gentle knock. Get what you pay for!
Oh dear, you get what you pay for I suppose. This thing at first seems fine, has weight and a good build until you try the switch which looks and feels like it was retro fitted and it's one of those with the "off" at the middle position. The XLR sits loose and wobbles and the cable quality just feels "cheap" (because it IS cheap!). I might have got a dodgy one but it stopped working after I dropped it (accidentally and onto carpet not too hard). I bought this as an emergency as it was the only one on next day within my budget but I didnt get to use it for any real length of time. Sounded ok and quite rich at first but it stopped working so cant comment on prolonged sound quality.

Great mic.... useless lead.
Great microphone with excellent sound quality for the price. However, my lead just died after 3 months of use.

nennun problema. usato su palco da cantante. buon suono. non so confrontarlo con microfoni più costosi ma ha fatto il suo mestiere.

I use it to hook up my guitar amp to my Focus rite interface and makes a great job. But it's not suitable for singing :)
