"Mississippi Grind" is the perfect balance of sweet and salty with a little Southern Flare! When its time to showcase the flavor of any cut of meat, this is the rub for you. Review: Great Taste! - This is the only rub I use on my brisket. It's my family's favorite. Review: Killer rub - The couple that makes this rub is awesome. Their rub is awesome too. I met them for the first time a year ago at Memphis in May and met up with them again this year. Really nice people. The rub is great. It's got just enough sugar to help carmelize whatever you're cooking but the sugar doesn't overpower the rest of the rub like so many that are out there. Combine this with Grilla Grills Beef Rub and they're a match made in heaven on steaks.

Baby backs in the pellet grill
There’s too many seasoning to pick from so after a few hrs of reviews and videos I chose this. Let me tell you that it’s good stuff. I put a good coating on the baby back ribs, set temp at 250* and leave them alone for four hrs.

Very Good Rub!!
I like this rub a lot. Not one of my most favorite rubs but it is good tasting & well balanced. Will buy again.

My go to rub
The guys at work love when I make boneless butterflied pork chop sandwiches for lunch. I use smoked Gouda cheese, sesame seed buns, grilled onions and stone ground mustard but my secret is Mississippi Grind. I caramelize the onions with nothing but Mississippi Grind. I’ve tried other rubs to the dismay of my coworkers, lesson learned! Why change what wins? I’ve used this on many smoked butts as well. I’ve received nothing but rave reviews when I use it.

Sweet and salty???
Smoked a Turkey breast with this and I gotta tell ya….it was loaded with plenty of of Southern Flare. It was too hot. Had to scrape it off. Back to drawing board.

Best pulled pork ever!
The grind is absolutely the best season for pulled pork (boston butt). I've tried so many over the years this one definitely stands out. The grit is a very good one also and works wonders on steaks and beef ribs. Plan to use it on my next brisket.
