Q: Will these work for the XDs 9mm magazine, or will you have them for the 9mm?

I have the version xds 9mm and if it works, this week buy one to test and this perfect, today'm doing another order for the magazine I got left, excellent product, works in xds 9mm and .45

Q: Will this pearce extension fit the Glock 30 Gen4?

I don't have a gen4. But you could look up on glocks site to make sure the dimensions are the same as gen3. But also, the extension fits onto a MAGAZINE, not the gun itself. So I'd imagine the gen is irrelevant, assuming they take the same mags. (and i'm pretty sure if your controls are for strong right hand, then all gen mags fit all gen guns.)

Q: Will the magazine extension fit both the 9mm and .45 caliber magazines. Is the grip extension the same for both calibers?

No they will not fit both. 9mm magazines are narrower than the .45 for Glocks.

Q: Can you use the factory gen 4 backstraps with this plug?

The plug did not interfere with the factory backstraps on my Glock 19 Gen 4. (I removed the (medium) backstrap to install the plug, then reinstalled it with no fit problems.) That said, given the commonality across the Glock platform and the way the plug mounts I doubt it would interfere with backstraps on any Gen 4.
