Current UK NHS advice is that everyone should consider taking a vitamin D3 supplement throughout the autumn and winter months as we don't get enough sunshine. Vitamin D helps to regulate calcium and phosphate, which are important for healthy teeth and bones, amongst other things. I suffer from vitamin D deficiency and my GP has told me that I need to take 1000IU per day, so for me this is a three-month supply. These tablets are small and very easy to swallow. I've not seen yellow ones before but they are 'sunshine' coloured for what is colloquially known as the sunshine vitamin ☀️ They come packed in a brown (to protect from sun-damage!) plastic bottle, which is lighter than glass, and a simple screw-top lid. ⚠ This does NOT have a child-proof lid so keep away from young children. ℹ The current NHS guidelines state that an adult should take a supplement of 400IU per day. So only take a higher dose on a qualified medical professional's advice!

Although I haven't seen any major benefits yet after taking the Nutra D3 vitamin for more than two months, I know that it could take longer to see results. I like that the tablets are vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO, which means they can be used by people with a wide range of nutritional needs. Because it was made to such high standards, I'm going to keep using it and give it more time to work. This Vitamin D3 supplement seems like a good choice if you're looking for a well-made one, though you may need to be patient for long-term effects.

You get 90 tablets in this plastic brown bottle. They are easy to swallow. We all need vit D regularly due to the lack of sun in this country. I take these daily but difficult to tell if it has improved me anyway as I do take other supplements and eat healthy food. Has expiry date to 2027 which is useful.

The Vitamins arrive in a Small Cardboard Box which states for Adults, Take One Tablet Daily. The Tablets come in a Plastic Bottle. There is a Tin Foil Seal which Peals off easily. Inside there is a Round Small Piece Of Foam presumably to Secure the Tablets and Stop them Jumping Around and Banging Into Each Other. The Tablets are Flat and Round like a Disc, a Yellow Colour and Tasteless. Box states “Contributes to the Maintenance of normal Bones, Muscles and Teeth. The Normal Function of the Immune System. The Bottle Contains 90 Tablets which Contains 1000U of Vitamin D. Free from Gluten, Diary, Nuts and Soy. Do Not exceed Dose. If you are Pregnant, Breastfeeding, taking Medication, or under Medical Supervision Consult A Doctor.

Arrived promptly. Minimal packaging, but safely packaged. Improved energy and focus, no more brain fog either. Nice professional packaging/label that add to the value of the product. Clear instructions on how to administer/consume for daily dose allowance. No unpleasant taste, no harsh chemical after-taste and not bitter either. Value for money here given extract ingredients and potency, would say is the higher end of its kind on the market. Would recomend this product amongst others, as believe it delivers on what it aims to, in less time than others currently online.
