Using to build endurance for exercise and so far it seems to work well. If you are new to using a trainer like this, go slow or you will be sore just as you would with any other exercise.

1st order was opened and the box destroyed. Replaceme t item was in no better condition i had to order direcrly from factory to ensure i purchased a new unit, since this device is meant to be breathed through i think its important for it to be new without doubt.

Tenía mis dudas de si esto realmente funcionaría pero a las 4 semana de uso pude elevar mi VO2 Max de 39 a 41, ocho semans despues mi VO2 max elevado a 44, a las 2 semanas de uso corrí 10K con un tiempo de 59:47 a las 4 semanas 10K a 55:27. no es un elemento milagroso, pero es el perfecto complemento de tus entrenamientos, si lo usas como debe ser 30 inspiraciones en la mañana y 30 en la noche, no falla. encantado con este producto. cabe decir que inicié con nivel resistencia 1.5 y apenas voy en nivel 4 falta mucho por mejorar y mucho que aportar.

The reason its just OKAY (as per a 3-star rating) is bc of the size. There are comparable products that are 1/2 the size.

I've been using it twice a day for about 2 weeks, 30 breathes each time. I am already starting to increase the degree of difficulty by increasing the clicks on the device, and I am starting to feel a difference-improvement in my lungs. I don't have any health problems but my lung capacity-volume seems larger. The unit arrived quickly and so far seems to be good quality. Yes I would recommend it.

It does actually help to strengthen the lung breathing space and strong feeling inside muscle body while doing work out equipment such as jogging/weightlifting or boxing or sport activity. It does not matter if you suffer from breathing problem (e.g. Asthma), Powerbreathe does help to relax and strengthen your comfort breathiness in practise way when do 30 breaths (if necessary) before as well as after your work-out exercise. In fact I am beginner (lol!) so I doesn't care to use this Powerbreathe anyway but like what I said before it does actually help you. Highly recommended buy. Hence five stars rate!
