Good product,very useful in phone calls and very eco-friendly noise cancellation.

Don’t buy it. My experience is very bad. Sound quality is worst and getting outside. There will be no privacy and anyone can hear your conversations easily. I tried to replace it but Amazon is not allowing to replace it.

Okay product, suitable for my ears who cannot accommodate regular ear buds.. My reviews: 1. The product, its design in itself is good.. It's battery back-up is unbelievably large as compared to its size. 2. It fits in any kind of ear and shows a good balance between music and environmental awareness. 3. It has an impressive Mike- that captures your voice.. Yet they cannot catch the low intensity voice. Some drawbacks and suggestions. 1. There is no problem with the air clips but the case has its own problems- like it does not show how much battery is remaining in it. 2. The magnets are loose so one needs to adjust the airclips inside the after placing them. 3. The airclips get automatically connected with the device even when they are inside the case and the case is in your pocket!-because the magnets are loose! 4. As the case is tiny, it's power backup is less. (The battery's shelf-life also seems to be less.) Else all is fine.. A recommended product for the people like me whose ears do not accept the regular ear buds. 6. Has a weak connection capacity. When I contacted the customer service phone number, they immediately reverted and after receive the complaint in the proper formal way, an assistant called me, talked to me for 15 minutes and guided me with a procedure. The Customer service also seems prompt👍

Good sound quality in the beginning • Clear audio • Stylish & modern look So yes, performance-wise initially it satisfied you. 👎 Negatives (Real Concerns) 1. Not comfortable for long use If it hurts your ears, that’s a big issue. Open/clip-style earbuds don’t suit everyone’s ear shape. 2. Not helmet-friendly If it falls off while removing helmet, that’s a design flaw for riders. Many clip/open-ear models are not secure under helmets. 3. Stopped connecting after one fall This is the main issue. If it stopped working after falling once, durability is questionable — especially when cheaper roadside headsets survived multiple drops. Is it fair? Honestly? Your feeling is valid. When: • A ₹500 roadside headset lasted 3 years • And a branded product fails in 1 month It naturally feels disappointing. But also remember: • Premium brands don’t always mean “more durable.” • Many lightweight earbuds are fragile internally (Bluetooth chip / battery displacement can happen after impact).

Cool product and sound quality is also quite good but they should increase the quality of sound and also need to increase more volume strength cause it is only hearable when in quiet place not in public places or little bit noise place and good quality of earbuds but not that good quality of charging case cause it gets scratches even while its in pocket where as pocket is totally empty except case

Good Sound quality and size. Weight is also ok. But it is very heard to hear in noise area.

not sure I'll keep it as I'm looking for something very specific but I will say these are excellent quality. Sound is superb, neckband is functional, headphones are secure with the TWS earloops or the neckband. Great design. Touch/gesture controls are solid... I wish this had an app to customize the gesture controls. I would prefer to be able to change the volume up/down to hold-touch gestures. When you hold touch, on the left side—it plays a strange message? "We fight" or "Game over" to volume up/down, you have tap once each time for a volume level. which is a bit cumbersome, especially given that other gestures are multiple taps, like 3 taps quickly for previous/next on either side. a hold touch would be much better for volume control. I am very likely returning this but again, only because I'm looking for a very specific design and function. I absolutely recommend trying this product. one of the better pairs of open ear headphones I've sampled. Solid product! Pros: +Secure Neckband, earloops +Great sound quality +Easy to clean, it seems? +Simple, functional touch-gesture controls Cons: -A little stiff to change between neckband/earloops. Have to be careful pushing them out. Definitely could break if too forceful. This is cumbersome when you need to detach the neckband daily to charge. Magnetic neckband/earloops attachments would solve this instead of this slip-in structure. 🧲 -No application to customize/personalized settings, gesture touch controls. Gesture controls locked in as-is.

The pods worked fine for 2 months and then just stopped working. I tried resetting and repairing, but nothing worked. The charging case had 4 solid green lights so I assume that the pods were fully charged. No lights would come on either pod even when I attempted to reset them. So there is no toll free number and this product is made in India, but there was an email address. I emailed them, but only got auto-emails back. The emails suggested that I reset the pods or write a complaint. I already tried both of those. I would just like to be refunded. Terrible product and terrible customer support. UPDATE: I did get a couple of emails from the support department in India. Basically, no different options for me to troubleshoot than those listed on their website. In their last email, they sent me a video of how to reset the pods. UGH! Same story from them over and over. IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! I sent them back a video of me walking through the steps that they told me to follow. IT DOESN'T WORK!!! My last email was on 01/27/2026. It's now 3 weeks later so I'm going to assume that I will never hear from them again. What a piece of crap product and piece of crap company that won't stand behind their product!
